Job Description: Software Engineer (3 Years Experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer with 3 years of experience in the IT industry to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver robust solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and development trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET, Angular, or React.
• Solid understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
