Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional Product and Technology teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that delight users.
Design and implement scalable backend services, APIs, and integration layers.
Participate in system architecture discussions and design decision-making.
Ensure code quality, consistency, and maintainability through best development practices.
Contribute to process and product improvements within the engineering team.
Engage in sprint refinement, planning, and Agile ceremonies.
Operate in a build it and run it environment — building, deploying, monitoring, and supporting owned components.
Lead adoption of modern technical practices such as Domain-Driven Design, CI/CD, pair programming, and mob programming.
Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Influence company-wide engineering practices and contribute to team culture and success.

Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and object-oriented programming.
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
Experience with RESTful API development and front-end integration using React.
Familiarity with .NET Core, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Ability to mentor peers and promote software engineering best practices.
