You'll employ AI tools and cloud-native tech to construct full-stack systems that address significant challenges, not merely tick boxes. What You Will Be Doing

• Design and Deploy Full-Stack Features: Transform user stories from concept to reality by clarifying needs, crafting scalable solutions, writing both backend and frontend code, performing rigorous testing, and deploying to production.
• Identify and Resolve Bugs: Conduct root cause analysis to address issues, fix the core problems rather than symptoms, and implement smart testing to prevent future regressions.
• Enhance Code Quality: Evaluate plans and pull requests to ensure they meet standards of clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt from accumulating.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in writing production code for web applications, both frontend and backend, using any framework.

• Ability to work independently: Capable of overcoming obstacles, setting your own pace, and navigating ambiguous situations.
• Experience in incorporating generative AI into your regular development workflow.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
