Position Summary:

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Angular, you will play a critical role in 

designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will lead 

technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with cross-functional 

teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives and provide exceptional user 

experiences. This role requires extensive experience in Angular and front-end 

development, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable and robust web 

applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using Angular 

and related technologies.

• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces that meet design specifications 

and business requirements.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding 

standards.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

• Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high code quality.

• Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the 

development process.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end developers to 

ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure 

alignment on project goals and timelines.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and provide input on strategic technical 

direction.

Testing and Debugging:

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit tests, 

integration tests, and end-to-end tests.

• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues in a timely manner.

• Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and 

coverage.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Angular and front-end 

technologies.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and 

methodologies.

• Share knowledge and promote best practices within the team.

Technical Skills:

• Expert knowledge of Angular and related technologies (TypeScript, RxJS, Angular 

CLI).

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, etc.).

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
