Position Summary: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be a crucial part of our Customer success Team. Your success will be driven by your genuine passion for helping customers and your willingness to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries via email ,phone and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions. • Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries. • Resolve customer queries to adequate resolution within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Sales Team and product team for faster resolutions. • Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when there’s a complex issue. • Resolve incoming queries from Sales team to enable a sale. • Reaching out doctors, staff, and other dental practice stakeholders to provide updates, and retrieve information for patient record management. Position Summary: As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Angular, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives and provide exceptional user experiences. This role requires extensive experience in Angular and front-end development, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable and robust web applications.
