Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop, Customize, and Implement Zoho Solutions: Lead the development of custom Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, and other Zoho products to meet business requirements.
2) Build Zoho Extensions: Design and implement custom extensions for Zoho Marketplace using Zoho’s developer tools, APIs, and Deluge scripting.
3) API Integration: Work on integrating Zoho with third-party applications and services using Zoho APIs or custom APIs, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
4) Optimize Workflow Automation: Enhance workflows, blueprints, and automation processes across various Zoho applications to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
5) Database Management: Build and manage complex data structures within Zoho Creator, including creating forms, reports, and dashboards.
6) Troubleshooting and Debugging: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Zoho systems, including performance tuning and troubleshooting custom functions, scripts, and APIs.
7) Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for processes, custom code, and system configurations.
