• Collaborate directly with founders, product leaders, and ML scientists to bring ideas to life quickly and efficiently.

• Drive end-to-end ownership of projects — from architecture and design to development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

• Prototype fast, iterate faster, and thrive in a startup-like environment with a bias for action.

• Apply machine learning models to real-world applications in production systems.

• Stay on top of emerging tech and contribute ideas for continuous product and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in software development (exceptional freshers may be considered).

• Deep understanding of ML concepts and experience applying them in production systems.

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages.

• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying scalable services.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Prior experience in a startup or as a founder/co-founder.

• Built and shipped ML-driven products end-to-end.

• Knowledge of MLOps, data engineering, or full-stack development.
