About The Role
As a
Senior Angular Developer
, we’re looking for someone who will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling complex frontend applications, take full ownership of UI architecture, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with backend and product/client teams. You will own the frontend architecture of our micro-SaaS tools, ensuring they are built for global scale. You will be responsible for setting the "gold standard" for code quality, security, and performance while mentoring our growing team of developers.
What You Will Do
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance Angular applications
- Own the technical design and execution of features, from initial architecture discussions to debugging production issues.
- Perform product analysis and development tasks that may require extensive research and analysis.
- Improve application performance, efficiency, security and system reliability, proactively identifying and tackling areas of technical debt in software and processes within the team.
- Collaborate across disciplines, Product, and Backend Engineering, to turn ambiguous business needs into clear, scalable front-end systems.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on best practices, system design philosophy, and navigating cross-functional project dynamics.
- Stay updated with modern frontend trends and technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with deep expertise in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, JavaScript, plus HTML and CSS/SCSS/Styling libraries
- Understanding of modern web application architecture and design patterns, and their implications for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend frameworks (Java / Spring Boot preferrably)
- Experience with state management tools like Redux/NgRx and performance optimization
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP
- Strong understanding of frontend security and best practices
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins) for frontend.
- Ability to communicate clearly and explain complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points
- Experience leading the technical direction of complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies.
- Experience with GraphQL, micro-frontend architecture
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
- Active contributor to the developer community or open-source projects.

- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s mission, tech stack, and product landscape.
- Meet with cross-functional teams to familiarize yourself with workflows, goals, and challenges.
- Dive into the codebase to understand existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to minor fixes or enhancements to get hands-on experience with the platform.

- Take ownership of a feature or module, driving its design, development, and delivery.
- Propose and implement optimizations or improvements in the current system.
- Actively participate in planning sessions, offering insights and recommendations.
