About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media team. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency, managing multiple brand accounts, developing strategy, and leading performance-driven campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s business goals and audience.
• Lead content planning, calendar management, and campaign ideation across platforms.
• Oversee a team of content creators, designers, and community managers to ensure timely and high-quality output.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports with actionable insights.
• Manage paid social campaigns in coordination with the media team.
• Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and emerging formats to innovate content and strategy.
• Work closely with clients for regular communication, strategy alignment, and reporting.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to client brand guidelines.
• Handle crisis management, PR-sensitive situations, and community engagement.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social media algorithms, and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in leading teams and managing workflows across departments.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and basic design/copy briefing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a creative edge.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
