Senior Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager at Brandshark, your role will involve leading and managing the social media team, which includes content creators, designers, and social media executives. You will be responsible for monitoring all social media accounts of Brandshark and our clients. Working closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure satisfaction will be a key part of your responsibilities. Implementing creative and value-added strategies to enhance client retention and building a strong online reputation through social media platforms will be crucial. Additionally, you will drive brand awareness through innovative strategies and produce creative and engaging content for regular posts to connect with audiences. It is important to stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and new tools to introduce innovative approaches to keep the brand and clients relevant and competitive.
