Job Description:
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest etc.).
* Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
* Oversee content creation (copywriting, design coordination, video ideation) ensuring brand consistency.
* Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
* Engage with the online community, handle queries, and manage brand reputation.
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to maximize engagement and reach.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure campaigns align with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management.
* Strong knowledge of paid promotions, influencer collaborations, and organic growth strategies.
* Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
