The Role:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of hospitality clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Leadership:

    Lead the strategic direction for client brands, translating client objectives into comprehensive digital marketing plans across various channels.
  • Campaign Management:

    Oversee the successful planning, execution, and optimization of client campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
  • Content & Creative Input:

    Take ownership of social copywriting, conceptualize engaging reels, and manage social media content calendars and presence.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    Monitor campaign performance, provide in-depth reporting and insights to clients, highlighting key successes, areas for improvement, and future recommendations.
  • New Business Development:

    Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:

    Guide, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to junior account managers and interns, fostering their professional development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with creative, performance marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client deliverables.


Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in an Account Management role within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships from end-to-end, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a pulse on emerging trends.
