Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Social Media Account Manager, located in Pune. The Senior Social Media Account Manager will oversee social media strategies, manage multiple accounts, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics. The role requires developing and executing social media campaigns, engaging with followers, and staying updated on social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

2. Account Growth & Retention – Identify opportunities for account expansion and ensure customer

satisfaction to retain existing clients.

3. Project Coordination – Oversee client projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with

expectations.

4. Communication & Reporting – Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates

and reports.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure

seamless execution of client deliverables.

6. Market & Industry Knowledge – Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client-

specific market insights.

7. Issue Resolution – Address and resolve client concerns proactively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

8. Social Media Management – Handle clients' social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency,

audience engagement, and timely responses.

9. Content Creation & Posting – Plan and post engaging stories, updates, and content for clients across social media platforms.

10. Feedback & Continuous Improvement – Gather client feedback to improve services and recommend process enhancements.
