Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Social Media Account Manager, located in Pune. The Senior Social Media Account Manager will oversee social media strategies, manage multiple accounts, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics. The role requires developing and executing social media campaigns, engaging with followers, and staying updated on social media trends. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. 2. Account Growth & Retention – Identify opportunities for account expansion and ensure customer satisfaction to retain existing clients. 3. Project Coordination – Oversee client projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with expectations. 4. Communication & Reporting – Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and reports. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables. 6. Market & Industry Knowledge – Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client- specific market insights. 7. Issue Resolution – Address and resolve client concerns proactively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 8. Social Media Management – Handle clients' social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency, audience engagement, and timely responses. 9. Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic direction for client brands, translating client objectives into comprehensive digital marketing plans across various channels. Campaign Management: Oversee the successful planning, execution, and optimization of client campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand guidelines. Content & Creative Input: Take ownership of social copywriting, conceptualize engaging reels, and manage social media content calendars and presence. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, provide in-depth reporting and insights to clients, highlighting key successes, areas for improvement, and future recommendations. New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to junior account managers and interns, fostering their professional development. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, performance marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client deliverables. Requirements: 5-7 years of proven experience in an Account Management role within a digital marketing or advertising agency. Demonstrated experience managing client relationships from end-to-end, preferably within the hospitality sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and performance marketing. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
