Senior Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

The Sr. Site Supervisor will oversee and manage on-site execution of interior and modular projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines. This role requires strong leadership to manage site teams, coordination with internal departments, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with

  internal departments

  (Design, Production, Procurement, Dispatch) to ensure smooth site operations.
• Manage and monitor site manpower, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure timely completion of site tasks in line with project schedules.
• Conduct quality checks at various stages of execution.
• Maintain site reports, attendance records, material usage logs, and daily progress updates.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues, escalating major concerns to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with

  safety standards and company guidelines

  at site.
• Guide and mentor junior supervisors, technicians, and site workers.
• Assist in project handover by ensuring all snag works are completed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in

  Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field

  .

• 3+ years of site supervision experience

  in

  Construction / Interior Projects / Modular Furniture

  industry.
• Strong knowledge of

  modular installation, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works

  .
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Proficiency in site reporting and documentation.
• Good communication skills in

  English, Hindi, and Telugu

  .
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle pressure at site.
