Senior Site Engineer - Civil

As a Senior Civil Engineer working in the Projects/Construction department at the project site(s), your role is crucial in planning, executing, and supervising civil construction works to ensure timely project delivery within budget, quality standards, and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute civil construction activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. - Supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain quality workmanship. - Monitor project progress, material usage, and manpower deployment effectively. - Ensure compliance with IS Codes, safety norms, statutory requirements, and company standards. - Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, procurement, and planning teams for seamless project execution. - Review drawings, method statements, and construction sequences for accuracy. - Control project costs, minimize wastage, and optimize available resources. - Identify risks, resolve site issues promptly, and make timely decisions. - Maintain comprehensive site documentation, reports, and records. - Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and milestones. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in high-rise construction. - Diploma/BTech in Civil Engineering. - Proficiency in planning, execution, supervision, leadership, coordination, quality assurance, compliance, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, problem-solving, decision-making, safety protocols, and accountability.
