Senior SEO Executive

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Executive to enhance our digital presence and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO within the real estate industry or similar competitive markets. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to improve online visibility, website traffic, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: On-Page SEO Conduct keyword research focused on real estate projects, locations, and buyer intent. Optimize website pages, landing pages, and property listings for targeted keywords. Improve meta tags, header tags, URL structure, schema markup, and internal linking. Analyze and enhance content quality for better crawlability and ranking. Off-Page SEO Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posts, and relevant real estate portals. Manage local SEO activities including Google Business Profile optimization. Monitor domain authority, backlink health, and competitor link strategies. Technical SEO Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues like crawl errors, broken links, and loading speed. Ensure proper indexing and site structure. Work with developers to resolve core web vitals and website performance issues. Content & Strategy Plan content strategies aligned with property launches, real estate trends, and locality-based searches. Coordinate with content writers to create SEO-friendly blogs, project pages, and FAQs. Track SERP trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies. Analytics & Reporting Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc. Prepare monthly SEO performance reports showing keyword rankings, website traffic, and lead contributions. Analyze competitor strategies and market opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field. 2–5 years of SEO experience, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog). Understanding of local SEO and lead-generation strategies. Basic knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Nice-to-Have Experience with paid campaigns (Google Ads/SMM). Knowledge of real estate portals (Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing.com). Understanding of UI/UX for better SEO optimization.
