Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Security Officer, located in Halol. The Senior Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of personnel and assets. Daily responsibilities include conducting security inspections, coordinating with law enforcement agencies, developing and implementing security protocols, managing security staff, and responding to security breaches or incidents. The role also involves regular training programs for staff and maintaining detailed security reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, emergency response, and risk assessment
• Proficiency in security systems management and surveillance technologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, training, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred
