• Experience in HR digital transformation and change management
• Proven Experience in Darwin Box Implementation
• Proficiency in HR technology solutions, HRIS, and data management
• Strong project management and process improvement skills
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
