Job Description

As a Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to clients, ensuring that they receive efficient and effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include remotely supporting clients within service level agreements (SLAs), installing and configuring software and hardware, resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and adhering to related processes such as change management. In this role, you will work in more complex environments, focusing on installation, configuration, and fault management. You will interact with clients on-site to understand and meet their complex solution requirements. Additionally, you will escalate unresolved problems to relevant third parties and respond to escalated client requests, supporting client applications to a first-line resolution. As a seasoned Technical Services Implementation Engineer, you will write reports, proposals, and maintain project documentation. You will also assist in documenting standard operating procedures related to installations and fixes. Moreover, you will act as a coach and mentor to junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians, coordinating activities in line with performance targets. Your knowledge and attributes will include a seasoned understanding of technical design and business principles, project management and administration abilities, excellent customer engagement skills, domain specialist knowledge, and exceptional verbal communication skills. You will be client-focused, proactive in problem-solving, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Furthermore, you will have the ability to coach, mentor, and provide guidance to team members. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology, along with specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems. Possessing a project management certification would be desirable. You should also have seasoned work experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role, engaging with clients, conducting presentations, project administration, documentation, report writing, and project management.
