Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior formulation Scientist located in Mumbai. The Senior Scientist will be responsible for leading research projects, designing experiments, and developing new biomedical devices. Day-to-day tasks include conducting lab work, analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role also involves mentoring junior scientists and contributing to the company's innovative product pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
• Experience in transdermal drug delivery systems and smart patch technology
• Proficiency in experimental design and data analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Project management and leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ph.D. Or Post doc
• Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or biomedical industry is a plus
