Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior formulation Scientist located in Mumbai. The Senior Scientist will be responsible for leading research projects, designing experiments, and developing new biomedical devices. Day-to-day tasks include conducting lab work, analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role also involves mentoring junior scientists and contributing to the company's innovative product pipeline. Qualifications Strong expertise in Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field Experience in transdermal drug delivery systems and smart patch technology Proficiency in experimental design and data analysis Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Project management and leadership experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Ph.D. Or Post doc Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or biomedical industry is a plus
