Experience

Sales Cloud:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud for enterprise customers.
• Conduct requirement workshops, gather business needs, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure core features: Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Forecasting, Products/Price Books, Activity Management, Quote-to-Order flow, and Sales Processes.
• Implement automation using Flow, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Integrate Sales Cloud with third-party systems Marketing Cloud, ERP, etc.) as required.
• Build reporting/dashboards aligned with KPIs and sales performance metrics.
• Provide user enablement, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Data Cloud

• Gather and translate data requirements for ingestion, mapping, and harmonization.
• Configure Data Cloud components: Data Streams, Data Models, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, and Segments.
• Implement Identity Resolution, Data Stitching, and Data Harmonization.
• Activate customer segments across channels (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Personalization).
• Work with client data teams to define data ingestion patterns (APIs, connectors, cloud storage).
• Optimize data architecture for performance, scale, and governance.
• Ensure data security, privacy compliance, and best practice setup within Salesforce Data Cloud.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce consulting or admin experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and best practices.
• Understanding of data architecture, MDM concepts, and customer 360 strategies.
• Experience in Data Cloud concepts (data ingestion, harmonized entities, identity resolution).
• Ability to write user stories, solution designs, and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.

• Salesforce Certifications:

  Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Architect. Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certification is a plus.
