About the Role:

In this opportunity as Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and design specifications.
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Salesforce Certified Omni Studio Consultant, Salesforce Certified Omni Studio Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer is a plus

About You:

You're fit for the role of Senior Salesforce Engineer, if your background includes:

  • Designing and developing custom solutions using the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, including custom objects, fields, and workflows.
  • Integrating the Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems and applications, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborating with other teams, such as sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Writing and testing Apex code and unit tests to ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
  • Hands on Experience in Service Cloud features like Case Management,Case Routing,Live Agent,Omni-Channel,and Knowledge Base to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge in Live agent webchats,Role-based permissions,Team collaboration systems,Community Cloud integration,Service-level agreements (SLA) with visual timelines.
  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and manage data migration and integration processes.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
