Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development

  Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using

  features including case management, knowledge base, Omni-Channel, and service console.

• Integration

  Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using

• DevOps & Deployment

  Implement

  CI/CD pipelines

  Work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Expertise

  Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Strong knowledge of
