Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer ​

​Location: Trichy or Chennai (Hybrid) ​

Experience: 5+ years​

Key Responsibilities:

∙ Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex,

Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

∙Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs for seamless

data exchange and automation.

∙Participate in technical discussions and provide input on architecture and design.

∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, and

QA for end-to-end solution delivery.

∙Develop and maintain technical documentation, test coverage, and deployment

pipelines.

∙Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior developers and conducting code

reviews.

∙Understanding of OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration

Procedures, and DataRaptors) to create dynamic and configurable UIs and service

processes is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Experience:

∙Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

∙ Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, triggers, and batch processing.

∙Any Salesforce Industry cloud like PSS or Health Cloud experience is highly

preferred.

∙Proficiency in OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) components is highly preferred.

∙Familiarity with Salesforce data and security models, sharing rules, and role

hierarchies.

∙Experience in building scalable integrations using APIs and working with

middleware solutions.

∙Exposure to Salesforce DX, source control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

∙Ability to work in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

∙Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with business and technical

stakeholders effectively.

Certifications Required:​

Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) – Mandatory​

Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) – Preferred/Highly Desirable

Salesforce Omnistudio developer - Preferred​

Any Salesforce Industry certification – Nice to Have​

Education:​

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or

related field.
