Roles and Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using

  Apex

  ,

  Aura Components

  , and

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  .
• Build and maintain

  custom objects, triggers, workflows, validation rules, and process builders

  .
• Develop reusable and modular components to support enterprise-grade applications.

Integration & Deployment:

• Work with

  CI/CD pipelines

  to automate deployments and version control using tools like Git, Jenkins, or similar.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Technical Analysis & Design:

• Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers as needed.
• Ensure performance tuning and optimization of the Salesforce applications.

Client & Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with global stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions within Agile development frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to meet client expectations.
