We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to manage our
Salesforce Sales applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of
Salesforce functionalities, including Lightning web component development, API principles,
and integration architecture. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams,
implementing tailored solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices while
delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions using
Salesforce and related technologies to meet business needs.
• Administration and Maintenance: Provide daily administration, troubleshooting, and
maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.
• Custom Development: Develop using Lightning web components and maintain custom
solutions in Salesforce Lightning.
• Testing and Reporting: Support build-out of reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy
and integrity.
• Documentation and Standards: Provide technical specifications and maintain
comprehensive documentation, adhering to security and organizational standards.
• Collaboration: Work with development teams to design and deploy Salesforce applications,
integrating with other platforms as required.
• Compliance and Architecture: Ensure all solutions align with Salesforce best practices,
enterprise architecture frameworks, and governance models. Primary Skills: • Expertise in
Salesforce platform functionalities, including Lightning framework, Sales Cloud, and Service
Cloud.
• Proficiency in REST API principles and API development, deployment, and governance. •
Strong understanding of system and data integration architecture and relational databases
(MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Secondary Skills:
• Experience with Oracle CRM tools like Eloqua or Fusion Sales and Service (preferred). •
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant).
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and managing a team.
• Proven knowledge of Salesforce architectural concepts and functional roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
