Job Overview:As a Salesforce CRM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce system. This position is key to ensuring our company capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM platform. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the CRM system, managing user access, performing system upgrades, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize the Salesforce platform to meet business needs, and provide ongoing support and training to users. Your ability to analyze data and generate reports will be instrumental in driving strategic decisions within the company. Your contributions will be critical in supporting the company’s growth and operational efficiencyRate in USD: $9.0 - $10.0 (Per Hour)Work Schedule: US Day ShiftResponsibilities:Salesforce System Management:Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groupsPerform daily administrative tasks such as monitoring end-user usage, system upgrades, and maintenance of the CRM systemEnsure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products by conducting regular system audits and preparing for upgradesData Management and Analysis:Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data into SalesforceMaintain the sales cloud, build custom reports, and create dashboards to support sales operationsPerform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and cleansing duplicate entriesConfiguration and Customization:Manage Salesforce configuration changes such as workflow rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, and record typesConfigure Salesforce systems for optimized integration with other business applicationsSupport:Resolve user support tickets and provide ongoing user supportDocument processes, including error reports and changes to field history tablesCollaboration and Communication:Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders. Liaise with stakeholders to communicate platform changes and gather feedbackRequirements:Education and Certification:- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
