Position Title: Sales Trainer

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA (based on experience and performance)

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Sales Training with strong experience in sales closures and revenue generation

📌 Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Trainer to lead training programs for our inside sales team selling K6–K12 1:1 mentoring products. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales closures, revenue generation, and EdTech sales training, with excellent communication and leadership skills.


📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging, high-impact sales training programs focused on LearnLabs’ K6–K12 product offerings.
  • Train, mentor, and coach new and existing sales team members on effective selling techniques, sales closure strategies, and revenue growth methods.
  • Conduct roleplays, objection handling workshops, and product knowledge sessions.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through performance metrics, feedback, and revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to align training content with business goals, product updates, and market trends.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to improve underperformers and uplift overall team performance.
  • Track and maintain detailed training and performance reports, highlighting improvements in closures and revenue generation.
  • Continuously innovate training content and delivery based on sales performance analytics and team needs.


📌 Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in sales training with a focus on sales closures and revenue generation.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, preferably in K6–K12 sales or 1:1 mentoring product training.
  • Strong track record of improving sales performance and driving business growth through effective training.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Proficiency in developing training materials, digital content, and performance evaluation systems.
  • High energy, motivational attitude, and adaptability in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
