Senior Sales Support Specialist

As a Sr. Director, Application Support at Altisource, you will play a crucial role in managing support operations for a large portfolio of business-critical applications. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Engineering teams and other support groups to ensure the delivery of quality service to both internal and external customers. You will be accountable for meeting service levels, driving continuous improvements in process and organizational capabilities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and make outbound calls, emails, and chats from real estate agents regarding their Equator account, password resets, and technical issues - Upsell real estate agents" current memberships for added value in receiving qualified leads for property listings - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Equator platform - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Equator's services - Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system - Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling opportunities - Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase customer retention - Generate and qualify leads - Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Equator's product updates - Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills Qualifications: - Any Graduate with +3 years experience in sales support job preferred from Mortgage Domain - Hands-on experience in using software applications Altisource, a leader in providing services and technology for the mortgage and real estate industries, is committed to innovation, compliance, and exceptional service.
