Senior Sales Support Specialist

As a Senior Director, Application Support at Altisource, you will play a crucial role in managing support operations for a variety of business-critical applications deployed on the cloud. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Engineering teams and other support groups to deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers. You will be accountable for meeting service levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvements in process and organizational capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and make outbound calls, emails, and chats from real estate agents regarding their Equator account, password resets, and technical issues - warm leads only, no cold calling. - Upsell real estate agents" current memberships to provide added value in receiving qualified leads for property listings. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Equator platform. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Equator's services. - Maintain accurate customer records, update information in the CRM system, collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling opportunities. - Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase customer retention, generate and qualify leads. - Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Equator's product updates. - Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Qualifications: - Any Graduate with +3 years of experience in sales support jobs preferred from the Mortgage Domain. - Hands-on experience in using software applications.
