As a member of our centralized End to End Team in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple agile product sprint teams by conducting cross-product system to system and integration testing. Your primary responsibility will be to design complex integration test cases to ensure that the Epic Acceptance Criteria is met. You will also execute and validate both new and existing end-to-end test cases, ensuring realistic workflow patterns are utilized to test a variety of loan disposition types, products, programs, and transaction types using realistic data. In this role, you will be involved in life-of-a-loan testing, which includes ordering all required services, shepherding the loan through closing and funding, and meticulously documenting clear and detailed defects, along with steps to reproduce actual and expected results. Collaboration with scrum teams to define and execute End to End Tests will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, along with staying up to date on the latest environment changes and monitoring various communication channels for system outages. Flexibility is essential as you may need to work on different projects based on company needs, including overtime or off-peak hours to meet commitments. You will have the opportunity to present defects in triage calls with the project team and drive them to resolution, working closely with Developers, QA, and other project team members to analyze test results, identify root causes, and develop solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with Automation Engineers to ensure that test cases are documented and automated effectively. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Computer Science degree or equivalent from a fully accredited college or university, along with at least 6 years of experience working as a Manual Tester or Business Analyst. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Mortgage Domain, preferably on a Loan Origination System, is required, with prior experience working on ICE Mortgage Technology applications considered a plus. A strong knowledge of Mortgage LOS data, various test levels, Risk Based Testing, relational databases, basic SQL, Postman API testing, the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and manual testing is essential. Your ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, peers, and management through both written and verbal channels will be crucial in this role, ensuring that relevant project information is shared efficiently across all stakeholders.,
