As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers in order to introduce and sell our company's products and services. Additionally, you will be handling inbound calls from customers who have inquiries about our products, services, or order statuses. It will be crucial for you to maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. In this role, you will be expected to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas by following up on leads, conducting research to identify potential prospects, and providing product information to answer customer questions and encourage sales. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business will be a key part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with the sales team is essential to ensure smooth handoffs and a positive customer experience. You will also need to handle customer objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions to close sales. Staying up to date with product knowledge and sales techniques will be crucial for your success in this role. This position offers opportunities for full-time, part-time, permanent, and fresher job types. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience, although this is preferred and not mandatory. The work location for this role will be in person.
