Senior Sales Representative - Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Needs Analysis:

   Understand a client's unique financial situation and risk profile to recommend the most appropriate insurance policies. 

• Sales & Business Development:

   Generate new business by identifying potential clients, developing strategic sales plans, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. 

• Policy Management:

   Assist with the administration of insurance policies, including renewals, amendments, and processing claims. 

• Client Relationship Management:

   Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 

• Market & Product Knowledge:

   Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice. 

• Compliance:

   Ensure adherence to all relevant insurance regulations and company policies. 

• Reporting & Analysis:

   Prepare and analyze data, reports, and customer interactions to monitor performance and inform strategy.
