Senior Sales Representative

Role Overview: You will be responsible for generating leads through various strategies such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be crucial, along with leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the IT Services industry to identify opportunities. Analyzing business strengths, customer needs, and preparing performance reports will also be part of your role. Supporting the achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets is a key focus. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other strategies. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Leverage in-depth knowledge of the IT Services industry to identify opportunities. - Analyze business strengths, customer needs, and prepare performance reports. - Support in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Management, Sales, or a relevant field. - Minimum 6 years of Business Development/Sales experience (preferably in IT Services). - Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills (oral & written). - Experience working with USA clients. - Proficiency in data mining tools, MS Office, and CRM software. - Comfortable working in US time zones.,
