Summary:
The company is seeking an experienced Senior Business Manager to lead sales efforts in the U.S., North America, and Canada. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and overseeing the profit and loss (P&L) for the business unit. The candidate must be strategic, with a strong sales background and experience in account management.
✨ Qualifications & Requirements:
B.Tech./MBA with 8–10 years of experience.
8 to 10 years of experience in sales, account management, and business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L. Also measure P & L for accounts
Strong understanding of the U.S., North America, and Canada markets.
Experience selling to clients with $25M+ revenue at least 50% of the time.
Must have closed deals worth $1M+ USD.
Background in selling AI, Agents, Copilots, Microsoft Power Apps, or Microsoft technologies is a plus.
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
