Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and manage retail & wholesale distribution network✔Drive primary and secondary sales targets✔ Identify new market opportunities and ensure brand visibility✔Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and local partners✔Regular market visits and reporting

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in FMCG/Tea industry preferred
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA will be an advantage)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• 1-3 years for Sales Officer | 3+ years for Senior Sales Officer
• Must be familiar with Supaul and nearby territories
