Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager at Eagle Eye SafeDrive Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, service, and business growth for our advanced ADAS-based Safe Drive Support Systems. Your responsibilities will include generating leads and revenue, developing strategic plans, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will oversee sales and service teams, provide regular reports on sales performance, and collaborate with the marketing team to promote brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: - Generating leads and revenue across assigned districts to achieve sales targets. - Developing and executing strategic plans to increase sales penetration of Eagle Eye SafeDrive products in the assigned region. - Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share for ADAS-based safety systems. - Cultivating relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers to drive revenue growth. - Conducting market research to understand regional market dynamics and customer needs. - Ensuring timely implementation of sales targets and assisting the sales team in closing deals. Customer Service & Satisfaction: - Developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and promptly address customer queries and feedback. - Overseeing service operations to maintain service standards and provide timely assistance to customers. - Maintaining relationships with existing clients and engaging in post-sales activities. Reporting & Analytics: - Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. - Analyzing sales data to identify areas of improvement and recommend growth strategies. - Aligning sales forecasts and budgeting with business goals and market opportunities. Brand Awareness & Promotion: - Representing Eagle Eye SafeDrive at industry events to promote the brand and expand market presence. - Collaborating with the marketing team to execute regional marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree OR MBA in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in automotive, technology, or safety system industry. - Strong knowledge of ADAS technologies, vehicle safety systems, or automotive electronics. - Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading successful teams. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team. - Knowledge of the regional market landscape is highly desirable. - Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
