The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the logistics, cold chain, or container manufacturing sectors, with proven success in B2B sales, team leadership, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organisational sales targets for reefer and cargo containers in domestic and international markets. Business Development: Identify new clients across logistics, cold storage, exporters/importers, and shipping companies. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of regional and field sales executives. Set targets, monitor performance, and build a high-performing sales team.Track market trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, and pricing to adapt sales strategies accordingly.Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, RFPs, pricing proposals, contract negotiation, and post-sale follow-up.Work closely with manufacturing and design teams to customize container specifications as per client needs.Maintain sales records, pipelines, and client data. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
