Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in jewellery sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving individual and team sales, providing exceptional customer service, and mentoring junior sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers, offering expert guidance on jewellery selection.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of gold, diamond, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
• Achieve and exceed personal and showroom sales targets.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Handle high-value transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Mentor and support junior sales staff in improving customer handling and sales.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
• Stay updated on jewellery trends, certifications, and hallmarking standards.
• Ensure jewellery displays and counters are attractive and well-organized.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.
• Strong product knowledge in precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to manage VIP customers and handle high-value sales.
• Professional appearance, grooming, and integrity.
