With a strong presence in the market, we are expanding our team and looking for dynamic Field Sales Executives & Field Sales Manager in Surat, Gujarat. Job Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical products in the lighting industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and architects. Conduct field visits in Surat and nearby regions for client acquisition and product promotion. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure market penetration. Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients. Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to strengthen business strategy. Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: Graduate / Diploma (preferred in Electrical / Electronics). 1–6 + years of experience in field sales, electrical products, lighting industry, or B2B sales and B2C sales both. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and open to field travel. Local candidates from Surat, Gujarat will be preferred.
