Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in Staffing / BPO / ITES sales (India/US/UK markets).

- Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools & Microsoft Office Suite.
