Senior Sales Manager

Sales Team Management: Leading, motivating, and training the sales team to achieve individual and showroom sales targets. This includes setting performance goals, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews.  Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth, increase market penetration, and achieve sales objectives.  Customer Relationship Management: Handling customer inquiries, providing product information, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.  Showroom Operations: Managing daily showroom operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and showroom appearance.  Inventory Management: Ensuring optimal stock levels, coordinating with other departments, and managing inventory effectively.  Marketing & Promotion: Potentially participating in outdoor marketing and promotional activities to attract customers and increase brand visibility.  Reporting & Analysis: Tracking sales performance, analyzing sales data, and preparing reports for management.  Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment: Creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for both customers and staff.  Following up on sales leads: Ensuring proper follow-up on sales leads and managing related paperwork.  Maintaining showroom displays: Ensuring showroom displays are well-maintained and up-to-date.  Coordinating with other departments: Collaborating with other departments such as service, parts, and finance to ensure smooth showroom operations.
