Senior Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Market Assessment & Business Development

• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
• Manage complex client relationships under leadership guidance.

2. Revenue Generation

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze issues, find root causes, and implement solutions for quality service.
• Support collections team in resolving delinquent cases.

3. Relationship Management

• Drive cross-selling initiatives across branches and channels.
• Acquire new clients and partners (DSTs/DSAs) under supervision.
• Maintain a solution-oriented approach to stakeholder needs.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to process guidelines.
• Coordinate with business units for smooth transaction turnaround.

5. People & Self-Management

• Set and monitor team performance goals.
• Take ownership of personal development and stay updated on industry trends.
• Demonstrate and develop role-specific competencies.

6. Risk & Internal Control

• Follow risk policies to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
• Execute internal controls and provide audit-related information.
