Services include housekeeping, security, electro-mechanical support, and more specialized services such as deep cleaning, pest control, and minor civil and electrical jobs. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated MBA (Finance) graduate to join our Corporate Planning & Strategy team as a Management Trainee. This role offers direct exposure to strategic initiatives, financial planning, investor relations, and process improvement. The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Corporate Planning & Strategy and will be groomed for promotion to the Assistant Manager cadre upon satisfactory completion of the first 6 months. Key Responsibilities Support the curation and execution of Corporate Development initiatives . Assist in financial modeling, FP&A, valuation exercises , and management reporting. Contribute to preparation of Investor Relations collateral (presentations, fact sheets, FAQ etc). Conduct margin analysis, break-even studies, and scenario planning . Provide support in ERP implementation projects and process optimization. Carry out peer benchmarking, industry analysis, and market research . Assist in automation initiatives using Python and MS Power Platform (training will be provided). Develop and deliver management presentations for senior stakeholders. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for data collection, analysis, and follow-ups. Desired Candidate Profile MBA (Finance) graduate with 0–2 years of relevant corporate experience . Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, lookups, pivots) and MS PowerPoint . Comfortable in handling stakeholder communication and follow-ups. Good command over English – written and verbal . Agile, fast-working, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Interest/familiarity with LLMs and AI tools for research and productivity. Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills Working knowledge of Power BI for dashboards and reports. Exposure to financial modeling and financial statement analysis . Prior experience in budgeting, forecasting, or FP&A . Awareness of IPO processes, capital markets, and valuation frameworks .
