Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Manager located in Kerala, India. The role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing and leading the sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and preparing performance reports. The Senior Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and represent the company in industry events.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management.
Strong understanding of renewable energy solutions, with a focus on solar power and energy industry practices.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
