Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 30–35 sales professionals, ensuring achievement of individual and team targets.
Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the EdTech sector.
Drive B2C and B2B sales models, focusing on student enrollments, institutional tie-ups, and partnerships.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance productivity and performance.
Track sales KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring timely reporting to senior leadership.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align business goals.
Handle escalations and provide effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs for business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and data-driven decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
8–10 years of experience in Sales (preferably in the EdTech industry).
Proven experience in managing large teams (30+ people).
Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and EdTech sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
Result-oriented leader with proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
