Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Sales Manager role located in Katni. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with other departments to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in the construction machinery industry is a plus
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the construction industry and market trends
