Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online portals, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Client Interaction & Relationship Management : Engage with potential buyers and sellers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on available properties. Property Presentations : Conduct property tours, presentations, and showcase real estate offerings to potential clients, emphasizing key selling points. Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate terms and prices with clients, ensuring a smooth closing of sales transactions. Handle objections and close deals effectively. Market Research & Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients. Customer Service : Provide post-sale support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging referrals. Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager. Collaboration : Work closely with other departments such as marketing, legal, and customer support to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
